Most of us have no idea which driving habits cost us at the pump. Tankful makes them visible, drive by drive, then helps you ease into a smoother style.
A simple on-screen bar reacts in real time to how you accelerate, coast and brake — so you can feel the difference moment to moment, not read a report after the fact. It can even sit over your maps app while you drive (opt-in).
Each week, Tankful highlights your single biggest fuel-wasting habit, gives you a few specific things to try next, and shows how this week compared with your own baseline. Not a generic average — your driving.
Log a refuel and Tankful works out your real fuel economy tank to tank. Add your car from a built-in catalogue so the coaching fits what you actually drive, and switch between multiple vehicles.
Tankful runs on your phone. Drive scoring happens on the device — there’s no name, no email, no login, and no advertising ID, ever. All data collection is off until you choose to turn it on.
Optional beta telemetry excludes your name, email, account ID and raw GPS. Some uploads may still be linkable in context, so we explain exactly what is shared before you opt in. It is stored on Australian servers and only helps us improve the coaching. You can export or delete everything from inside the app at any time. No marketing list. No third-party trackers in the app.
Tankful is available through Google Play’s open testing track and Apple TestFlight. It’s free, there’s nothing to buy, and we’re not running ads. The iPhone beta requires iOS 16 or later.
